We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

✅ The item is unused, in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

❌ Items that are used, altered, or not in their original condition
❌ Sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom products
❌ Returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size preference

📩 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@therattanculture.com with your order number and a clear photo of the defective or incorrect item.
  2. We will review your request and notify you within 3 business days if your return is approved.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  4. You must ship the item back within 7 days of return approval.

📌 Important Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product).

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for eligible returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
  • If a replacement is available, we will ship a new item at no additional cost instead of issuing a refund.

🚚 Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability.

Lost Shipments:

  • If your tracking number shows no movement for 30+ days, please contact us for assistance.
  • We will either reship the order or issue a full refund, depending on availability.
